Produced by Reform Su urunleri, Unagi/Kabayaki is made entirely from natural eels and is prepared with Anguilla anguilla eels caught from different regions of Turkey. These carefully selected eels are brought to our facility alive. The fish, which are subjected to strict controls during the goods acceptance phase, are subjected to a detailed examination in order to ensure compliance with hygiene and quality standards. After the acceptance process, the eels are rested in special pools in purified water for a few days. This process is carefully applied to increase the quality and taste of the fish. After the resting period is completed, the processing phase is started and they are meticulously prepared in a way that preserves their taste and nutritional value. Thanks to this meticulous production process, Unagi/Kabayaki is offered to your tables with its naturalness and superior quality.

Unagi/Kabayaki offers a healthy source of nutrition with its high protein and omega-3 fatty acid content. It is also rich in vitamins A, B12 and E, and supports the immune system, protects heart health and strengthens brain functions. Omega-3 fatty acids reduce inflammation, protect against heart disease and support skin health. While it contributes to muscle development thanks to its high protein content, it is also a healthy nutrition choice with its low carbohydrate content.

Unagi/Kabayaki, which is in great demand especially in the Asian market in the world, is a popular flavor of Japanese cuisine and is widely used in sushi and various Asian dishes. In recent years, with the increasing interest in healthy and delicious seafood around the world, it has also gained popularity in Europe and America. Reform Seafood contributes to this expanding market with its quality and natural Unagi/Kabayaki products and provides services in line with sustainable growth targets in both domestic and international markets.
