Unagi Shirayaki: Another Japanese-style preparation where the eel is grilled without sauce, preserving its natural flavor

After the eels caught from different regions of Turkey are brought to our facility alive, they are kept in purified clean water and oxygenated pools for at least 24 hours and then first they are filleted and then other processing steps are carried out. As Reform Su Urunleri, we are proud to be the first and only one company in Turkey and the company in the world that processes and exports the highest quality natural eels.
