The product is subjected to a rapid freezing process by flash-freezing at -45°C in its raw state. With packaging options customized according to customer demands, the product is offered in different grammages and packaging forms. The packaging process is designed to meet both aesthetic and logistic requirements. After all these processes, the product is stored at -18°C to ensure that it maintains its quality standards throughout its shelf life.
